Gitterboxen – standard, foldable, color-zinc & custom

XY WORLD supplies wire mesh pallet containers (Gitterboxen / stillages) for industrial storage, internal logistics and transport, in four ranges:

• Standard Gitterbox – EU footprint 1240 × 835 mm, full height 970 mm or half height 540 mm, with or without drop gate, stackable, 4-way forklift entry.
• Foldable / collapsible – 800×600, 1000×800, 1200×800, 1200×1000 and 1240×835 mm, heights 500–1000 mm; options for drop gates, lids, casters or forklift base. Folds flat to save return freight.
• Color-zinc (yellow zinc) – zinc plating with color chromate passivation: yellow-gold finish, good corrosion resistance, easy fleet identification. Foldable and rigid versions.
• Custom / non-standard – made to drawing: custom foldable boxes, heavy-duty steel-base stillages, automotive parts stillages, containers with dividers/shelves, roll cages and stackable post pallets.

Typical specs: mesh 50×50 or 50×100 mm, wire 4.8–6.0 mm, loads typically 500–1,500 kg (heavy-duty up to approx. 2,000 kg). Finishes: hot-dip galvanized, electro-galvanized, color-zinc, powder-coated. All values typical – confirmed in our quote.
