Shipping & Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date for unused products in original condition and original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products are subject to inspection by XY WORLD CORP on receipt. Scratched or used products are non-returnable.

Freight is not refundable. The customer requesting a return pays all return freight charges.

Freight is quoted per order based on the items, quantity and delivery ZIP code. Please let us know how you would like the order shipped.

Please inspect all merchandise on delivery and note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Damage or shortage not noted at delivery is the customer's responsibility. If items are damaged in transit, the claim is filed with the carrier; contact us and we will help with the paperwork.
