Returns and exchanges are subject to pay 15% restocking fee.

No goods will be accepted after 14 days from the date of invoice.

Products must be returned to in new condition and are subject to inspection by

XY WORLD INDUSTRIAL .Scratched or used products are non-returnable.

The customer needs to return the products in their original packaging.

We will respond to your return request within 72 hours.

If the product meets the return requirements, we will refund money within 3 days after receiving the products.

5% of the paid amount will be applied to all the refunds due to the credit card fees.
